Welcome to Tutor Chooser, operated by Jardine Hall FZC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of our website during the Soft Launch Phase of Tutor Chooser.  By registering your interest on our website, you agree to these Terms.

Tutor Chooser is a platform that will connect Parents/Students with experienced Tutors in the future.  
During this Soft Launch Phase, we are gathering interest from prospective users to help shape and develop the service.

Tutor Chooser is currently in its Soft Launch Phase. During this phase:

- We are assessing interest in the platform by collecting basic information from Tutors and Parents/Students who may wish to use the platform in the future
- No connections between Parents/Students and Tutors will be made at this stage
- No services are being provided, and no transactions will take place
- The full service is not yet live and cannot be accessed during this phase

Submitting your information during this Soft Launch Phase does not create any obligation on Tutor Chooser to provide access to the future full service or to offer you any services in the future.  We reserve the right to make changes to the proposed services and terms before our full launch.

Tutor Chooser’s role at this stage is to gather interest from potential Tutors and Parents/Students to assess demand and to guide the development of our platform and services.

Our future aim is to provide a platform for Parents/Students to find the very best tutors tailored to their specific needs and to help Tutors find students who are most suited to their skills and experience—helping both sides flourish.

However, no services are currently being provided, and no part of the platform is operational for matching Tutors and Parents/Students during this phase.

During the Soft Launch Phase:
- We are not providing any services
- No user accounts are being created
- No matching or communication between Tutors and Parents/Students is taking place
- No fees are being charged
- No payments are being collected or processed

Your interaction with Tutor Chooser at this stage is limited to submitting your information to register your interest.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data during the Soft Launch Phase.  You retain ownership of the information you submit to Tutor Chooser during this Soft Launch Phase. By providing this information, you grant us permission to use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

As no services are being provided during this phase, we accept no liability for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the Soft Launch Phase.  Tutor Chooser is not responsible for any interactions that may take place independently between Tutors and Parents/Students outside of our platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions in preparation for our full service launch.  We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our website.  Submitting your information during this Soft Launch Phase does not guarantee participation in the full service.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tutor Chooser during the Soft Launch Phase and supersede any prior agreements, discussions, or communications.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.  Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
