Tutor Chooser is intended for use by parents and legal guardians.  We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.  All student information is provided to us by the parent or guardian for the purpose of connecting with tutors.  If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child without proper consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data.

This Privacy Policy, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
